Narrowing the doorway to your vote-by-mail

Equal votes, counted fairly.

That is the promise.

Now the target is people who vote by mail.

This month, the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to allow new limits on mail ballots, Reuters reported.

Republican-led states rushed in to defend those limits at the Court, according to Courthouse News.

In the House, Trump’s budget outline moved forward with election voting restrictions riding along, Reuters noted.

Less access.

Fewer ballots.

Longer lines.

Not an accident.

Instead of fixing what families feel every day, they are shrinking who gets heard.

Pick the voters, not the other way around.

This is a power grab.

Mail voting is how many Americans cast ballots, lawfully and on time.

Make that harder and you silence people without saying it out loud.

Courts should guard equal access, not bless partisan games.

You do not have to be a Democrat to reject this.

You just have to want clean, fair elections where your ballot counts the same as anyone else’s.

The 2026 midterms are the check the Constitution gives us.

Use it.

Treat 2026 like emergency maintenance for the republic.

Remove the power that keeps trying to remove your voice.
