Their “One Big Beautiful Bill” tightened rules and reduced money for care.

The nonpartisan budget office now expects 10 million fewer people with insurance by 2034.

Already, about 3 million fewer are on the individual marketplaces than when that bill passed.

Less coverage means bigger out-of-pocket costs for routine visits and sudden ER runs.

At Farmfest in Minnesota, candidates sparred over health care as cuts pressed on rural families.

People there heard about Medicaid and premiums, not D.C. theater.

Then came the ads.

Republicans in swing seats are flooding screens with talk of “affordability” and “fraud.”

They cut the program. Then they scold it.

A GOP hearing on “Medicaid fraud” drew fire because the real effect is care being yanked from people who need it.

Fraud should be fixed. Cutting care is not fixing it.

Only about a third of voters approve of how Trump’s team handled health costs.

Here’s the pocketbook truth.

Fewer people insured means higher bills for your family.

And more medical debt risk for your town.

Cuts mean higher bills.

You do not have to be a Democrat.

You just have to reject a party that made care harder to get and more expensive to keep.

Fire the people who broke it.

Vote like constitutional repair depends on it.

Because in a country that works, health care is a promise, not a gamble.
