In 231 days. Congress will be certifying the 2024 election for President of the United States.
- Will there be another insurrection? Will we be ready for it?
- Or, will it be the beginning of four years of a despotic hateful vengeful deluded hypocritical mob rule transforming America into a Christian Fundamentalist, zero safety-net nation?
- Or, will this gang of Americans finally get the message and come to grips with the facts that:
- they lost the Civil War which was fought because of slavery,
- the GOP’s “small government” pontificating is sheer hypocrisy and worse, heartless,
- the miserable failure of GOP economics and tax cuts have done NOTHING for the American people for decades, and
- realize that we need a functioning Democracy?
Trump, his publicly elected partisan minions, and his citizen army are a threat to National Security, a threat to elections officials, and a threat to all Americans. He makes a tweet. He makes a speech. People are at risk. Yes he has that much power.
And somehow he’s the GOP candidate for President and people are still voting for these mythological good times.
HE and his party HAVE NO POLICY except to harass and bully and lower taxes. And that has worked?
He will tear down everything that Americans rely on: health insurance, drug prices, access to the internet, safe water, pandemic protection, food safety, postal service integrity, religious freedom, even border protection (he’s currently working to kill the border protection bill). And yet voters flock to him.
“It wouldn’t be happening if I were president.” Hooey… He would have said that about the pandemic. You might remember he closed the program that could have have preemptively caught it earlier.
Everybody needs to see the bile coming out of his fat little deranged deluded selfish brain and HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE.
Make sure every person you meet is aware of how LUCKY WE WERE that January 6th wasn’t a LOT WORSE. Point out everything Biden has accomplished (check out the briefing room), and everything Trump will take away “for business” and greed.
