Courts have swatted down much of this crew’s agenda: in California’s cases, judges have blocked Trump officials in 83% so far, according to the Washington Post. At a Farmfest forum in Minnesota, GOP Rep. Michelle Fischbach defended Trump’s tariffs as “leverage,” while DFL challenger Erik Osberg called them unconstitutional, citing a $160 billion refund to importers. The audience booed at one point.
